The service

Movepat provides a personalized relocation checklist and dashboard to help you plan a move to Spain. Content is organized by citizenship route, destination, and timeline. We aim to keep information accurate and up to date, but requirements change — always verify details with official authorities.

Not legal advice

Movepat is an informational planning tool only. It does not constitute legal, immigration, tax, or financial advice. We are not a law firm or immigration agency. For decisions about visas, residency, or compliance, consult qualified professionals and official government sources.

Free and paid features

You can create a basic move dashboard for free. The Complete Move Plan is a one-time paid purchase (currently €39) that unlocks the full step-by-step checklist for your route. Prices are shown on the site before checkout and may change for future purchases.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's terms. We do not store your full payment card details. After a successful payment, premium access is granted in your browser for the route you purchased.

Access and availability

Premium access is tied to your browser on the device where you completed checkout. We do not currently offer user accounts or cloud sync. Clearing browser data may remove your progress and premium flag — contact support if you need help after a verified purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Movepat for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to bypass paywalls or interfere with the service
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content for commercial use without permission
• Misrepresent Movepat as official government guidance

Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us at support@movepat.com within 14 days of purchase and include your receipt. Refund eligibility for digital content may depend on applicable consumer law in your country — we will review requests fairly and respond promptly.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Movepat is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Movepat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including relocation decisions made based on checklist content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms or the service at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply where required by law.
